Another guide that gets you started in Pizza Tycoon.

For customers to come to your resturant, you have to have some of the orginal recipes on your menu. Making them the way they are supposed to can be hard, so if you want an alternativ, you can use this method to get all the standard recipes in your savegame.

For this you need to:

• Download recipes from Pizza Tycoon, and place them in your GAME directory.
  
• Download a HEX editor like XVI32 to change the savegame.

Then you have to:

1. Start a game, go into your resturant and load recipe 0-13 from the recipes from the game.
2. Save the game. Remember the name of the file.
3. Open the savegame in XVI32, and find the first recipe by searching for the name of the pizza. Change the byte before the name of the pizza.

   Save the file.
4. Open the savegame in Pizza Tycoon.

You should now have all the original recipes in your list. Remeber to backup savegame before you try it out.

Go around in the various cities looking at bomb prices, when you find them cheap ($6000 or less) buy as many as possible and sell them to a dealer in another city, who will pay loads of money ($10000 for more). Repeat this until you have loads of money. This will improve your underworld ranking really fast.

Remember:

 Vanilla ice cream - flame throwers.
 Chocolate ice cream - chemicals.
 Strawberry ice cream - bazooka.
 Lemon ice cream - bomb.

To maximise space in your restaurants. The best way to cram as many into your restaurants as you can can be done like this - Firstly, find a restaurant of which size you prefer, the bigger the better. Buy furniture from "Elegant & Exclusive" (the 3rd best quality), buy Light Marble tables ($6500 each) and for each of the tables buy four Billiard Green seats ($1500 each). Then once you have a fair amount of tables, buy stools for "Modern Living" and carefully place a chair of the corner of each table. If done correctly, you can have room for eight people, and the customers won't know the difference. This allows you to have 3000+ people in your restaurant daily. Also, using the above furniture, you will receive high popularity ratings from the customers. If you are short of money, you can use The Furniture Bug without actually selling the furniture.

Or you can use my personal favourite, which is cheaper, use furniture from "Small & Sunny". That way, you can place 8 chairs at a table for one (see picture).

Remember: You can maximum place 100 items in a restaurant.

Remember that you don't have to renew advertising each week. When you buy advertising, you can choose how long you want to run your campaign, between 7 and 30 days. Use the arrows to adjust time.

Newspaper advertising can be very difficult in Pizza Tycoon. The goal is to form correct sentences. For $ 500 an incorrect formed sentence can reach an audience of 4%, while a correct formed sentence will reach 40%. Under I have made a list of the 28 correct sentences in Pizza Tycoon. If you are short of money, just save the game, then take stuff from your restaurant and put it in the van. Then load the game again, and you can put it all back and sell it.

Just pick any character when you start, borrow as much money as you can, then save as a new character. Now exit, start again, and chose the character you just saved. You now have more money and no loans. Repeat this a few times and you are soon a rich man.

NB! This doesn't work with all versions of Pizza Tycoon.

In character select start a game with 6 human players. Pick the one you want to play as. Let the rest of the players (except the computer player) have the most money available. Start the game in Berlin. Skip your turn. The next player will come up. Let him borrow as much money from the bank as possible. Repeat the procedure with all the human players except yours. Transfer all the money that they got from the bank into you account (first player has account 111111, second player 222222 etc.). You will have a lot of money (11 million if done correctly) and the other computer player will be in debt.
